Think about the driveway, turns, gates, trees, overhead obstacles, and the room around the intended setting area. Take photos from safe, accessible locations. The crew will need to discuss how the equipment and home can reach the site.
Confirm the site and foundation plan
Talk through the setting area, support or foundation system, and any preparation still needed. Establish which contractor is responsible for each item. Discuss site readiness with Northwoods; do not assume excavation, grading, or concrete work is part of the home-setting estimate.
Make the responsibilities clear
Delivery, utility work, permits, inspections, and finish work may involve different people. Before scheduling, confirm who arranges each item and when it needs to happen. A home set should fit into the wider project plan.
Define the setup and finishing work
